Lemon and lime juice characters carry the length of the palate, which is fine, tight, elegant and focused, but with enough flavour and richness to be enjoyed now.

Palate
Gold award: 2014 Rutherglen Wine Show
2013 Pinot Noir
Colour
Mid red colour showing great depth and clarity.
Bouquet
A complex and complete bouquet that is typically Pinot Noir. Fresh and vibrant aromas show cherry and strawberry fruits, backed my light spice and savoury notes and subtle cedary French oak.
A very even, long and complex palate that shows texture as well as freshness. The strawberry fruit notes fill the front palate, which moves seamlessly to the structured and savoury mid-palate. The balance of tannins, French oak and fine acidity provide that great structure. The flavours continue to evolve in the mouth and persist long after the wine has been swallowed.
Cellaring
A great example of Porongurup Pinot Noir that is great drinking now, but will continue to develop and evolve for another six to eight years.
Awards
Silver award: 2014 Qantas Wine Show of WA

Blackcurrant fruit and cedary French oak are complemented by subtle gravelly notes.
Palate
The blackcurrant fruit characters again show through on the front palate. The mid-palate shows the cedary French oak, and some robust Cabernet tannins. The wine is balanced and well-structured with a fine acid core giving good length.
Cellaring
Enjoy over the next eight years.

Retail - $30.00 | Any Dozen Discount - $27.00

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
Colour
A brick red colour.
Bouquet
Nice balance of bottle age characteristics of leather and spice, against some fresh tobacco leaf and black currant aromas.
Palate
A nice rich and sweet fruit front entry to the palate, which carries throughout the wine. The mid-palate has a balance of tannin, fruit and bottle age savouriness, followed by a well-rounded and long back palate. There is evident bottle age to the wine, but the key is that the whole length of the palate is still vibrant and fresh.
Cellaring
Enjoy now as a beautifully mature ten-year old wine.
